The object was included in the State Register of monuments of local importance by the decision of Lviv executive committee №280 on May 1991 and was a protective №1759-m (address: 4 Maidan Svobody). The monument belongs to the communal and private property.
This is a two-storey house with a cellar, a rusticated ground floor, window and door openings without frames. The window and door openings of the second floor are framed; the windows sill cornices and mirrors are molded with allegorical reliefs. The crowning cornice I made of brick. From the balcony of the first floor only two of 4 forged metal brackets have been left. Although the monument belongs to the Empire style, it clearly preserves the signs of secession.
